We’re growing! And we need top quality Health and Safety Consultants to join our team.
Much of our work is in the construction industry, so knowledge/experience in this world is essential.
We also pride ourselves in the quality of our understanding of health and safety matters, so holding the NEBOSH General qualification as a minimum is essential.
Our mission is to help conscientious business owners and managers, who are concerned about getting things right, to build a better workplace culture and ensure everybody gets home safely.
What’s in it for you?
Working for one of the UK’s most well-known and well-respected consultancies will give you a reputation as a high-quality consultant. Many of our alumni have gone on to high places as heads of health and safety in major organisations.
Continual CPD. We meet quarterly where you’ll be able to discuss updates to legislation, upgrades to the tools we use and where necessary, provide training in other skills. Your career path is important to us.
A decent package of remuneration for your hard work including a competitive salary, pension, car allowance, Private Healthcare, paid Professional Memberships and up to 33 days holiday.
You would be home-based and work closely with our Customer Service team to deliver top quality site inspections, audits and reports for our customers using our in-house software. You’d develop tailored health and safety policies for our customers using our latest technology. Engaging with our customer’s staff by delivering toolbox talks when on-site is essential to engendering a good safety culture for our customers. And if you are qualified to do so, delivering training (currently online via Zoom) may also part of the role.
Our ideal candidates will be prepared to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad.
After a full induction into our way of doing things, you will continue to receive support and mentoring from your team leader and other senior consultants.
If you think you are up to the job and would like to join our great bunch of people, please contact careers@thsp.co.uk for more information.
