Bespoke Health and Safety & HR Services
Whether you want to improve safety performance, win more business, or enhance your culture, we can create a tailored service to achieve your goals.
We’ve worked with over 6,000 organisations, supporting them from planning and creating bespoke documentation, through to implementation and performance review. We’ll work with you to establish the scope of your business and conduct a gap analysis, identifying where to focus your efforts this year. Then we’ll create bespoke documentation and a prioritised action plan.
We return at six months for a Mid Term Check on Health and Safety and HR. In the meantime, we offer site visits, metrics via MyTHSP, and unlimited case support for questions.
MyTHSP is intuitive and easy to use, built in-house by people for people, and customised with our customers in mind. It includes an action management hub, allowing you to close out actions in real time, add photos, and access help desk support. We’ll train your team to use the system, assist with drafting organisational communications, and answer any questions.
We’ll return for an annual review, including a review of safety performance, feeding insights into policy and planning for the following year.

Free Services for Charities
Where we can, we provide free Health and Safety support to registered charities, helping them meet compliance requirements safely and sustainably.
Work Experience and Skills Development
We regularly host students and jobseekers for work placements, giving them first-hand experience in Health and Safety, HR, and compliance.
