Coaching in the Workplace

There is a range of documentary evidence to show that workplace coaching is one of the most effective way of developing employees.

This course includes the theory and ample opportunity to practice coaching in a safe environment. The aim is to provide delegates with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a competent workplace coach, through theory, interactive exercises and guided practice.

This half-day course can be delivered at your premises for £795+VAT for up to 10 delegates.

What you will learn:

• Understand the differences between training, instruction and coaching
• Understand the role and responsibilities of the workplace coach
• Be able to demonstrate the essential skills of questioning and listening
• Be able to conduct coaching in the workplace

Certification: On successful completion of this course each delegate will receive a certificate valid for 5 years.
