Job role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Head Office, Mile Road, Bedford. Hybrid work is available following successful completion of the probation period with 2-3 days a week required in the office.
Salary: £24,000 per annum, basic salary plus commission. OTE £30,000 per annum
Job type: Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent

Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team.
The successful candidate will generate leads and sales across different channels, make outbound cold calls and develop a sales pipeline to meet long-term objectives and targets as well as making warm calls from marketing campaigns, nurturing them through the sales pipeline to meeting stage all whilst maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
This role is pivotal in creating engagement in the THSP’s services and products.

Essential Skills and Knowledge
What you’ll bring to THSP…
Proven experience within a sales, commercial or customer service role is preferred.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
You will be able to work as part of a team, as well as being self-motivated to work independently.
Familiarity with the construction and manufacturing sectors is desirable.
