Temple Quality Management Systems (QMS) Ltd

Temple Quality Management Systems (QMS) Ltd have been an HR and Employment Law customer of THSP since 2018, and in 2024 they upgraded their service to HR Plus.

We caught up with Jaz Tamwar, Operations Manager at Temple QMS Ltd, to find out the benefits of our HR partnership and how HR Plus has supported Temple even further.

The Challenge

Why Temple QMS Ltd decided to upgrade to HR Plus.

While Temple have used THSP for HR support since 2018, their main challenge before this was compliance. The team required additional assistance, so in 2024 they upgraded to THSP’s HR Plus service. This greatly helped the business as they needed someone to handle different legislations and have regular meetings with the team. Jaz believes that having that third party that the team can go to creates a healthy working environment, especially as Temple is such a small company.

Having that longstanding relationship and good rapport with Andrew Wilson and Sian Collin has been integral. Jaz says that THSP have been absolutely fantastic with everything that she needed and support has been amazing. As HR issues can be quite stressful at times, with disciplinaries and difficult conversations required, Jaz contends that it’s nice to know that she has that support there whenever needed with HR Plus.

Jaz believes that it is good practice to have an external HR provider, and as Temple had an existing relationship with THSP, it made sense to upgrade to HR Plus as they were already working as partners.

The Solution

How THSP’s service and strategy solved the problems Temple QMS Ltd faced.

In terms of how THSP’s service has helped solve the problems faced by Temple, Jaz says that THSP’s HR Management Software, Tribe, greatly helps monitor everyone’s holidays automatically and helps her keep on track. Before this the company had forms and spreadsheets which she says wasn’t a good process. With HR Plus, the strategy was to be more involved and get to know the team better with regular meetings, giving Jaz the opportunity to ask questions which have always been promptly answered by THSP.

Overall, Jaz says that THSP’s HR Plus service has absolutely gone above and beyond. She recalls that at times she’s had issues at work, but Sian would quickly jump on a meeting without any notice and is always there when needed.

The Results

The measurable results that THSP’s service has provided.

Discussing beneficial results, Jaz says that THPS’s service has definitely helped Temple as a company. She says that there has been brilliant support provided for particular issues and that all resolutions have been more than satisfactory. This really puts her mind at rest, as HR issues can be really stressful at times and managing expectations is extremely difficult. But with the support of the THSP team the results are met with great satisfaction.

For Jaz, the key benefit of THSP’s service is that it frees up her time as THSP handle everything HR related. As a small company, a lot of her time was previously consumed by HR. With operations such as recruitment now being managed by THSP, she has much more time to work on her day job and the operations side of the business which allows the business to grow.
