In 2024, THSP were named the ‘Best Outsourced Health & Safety Services Company 2024’ at the Business Elite Awards. This recognition highlights THSP’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional health and safety services.

This award is indicative of THSP’s dedication to quality and the positive impact we make in the health and safety sector. It also serves as a powerful motivator for THSP to continue striving for excellence and constantly innovating our service delivery.

Young Business Person of the Year 2024: Darius Moghtadaii

Darius Moghtadaii of THSP was Gold Winner at the 2024 SME Bedfordshire Business Awards, collecting the Young Business Person of the Year award.

The SME Awards define the Young Business Person of the Year award as someone who has demonstrated a “high degree of entrepreneurship, creativity and vision for the future.”

Business Innovation Gold Winner 2023

Having won the Silver award in the Business Innovation category in 2022, THSP went one step in 2023 and received the first prize.

Our HR Plus product claimed Gold. In early 2022, our HR and Employment Law team developed a product inspired by customer feedback. HR Plus takes complex and time-consuming HR issues away from those overwhelmed or unable to undertake these tasks. Whether its recruitment, onboarding, Wellness Actions Plans, holidays or sickness absence, our customers have realised their need for additional resource to do this.

Business Woman of the Year 2022: Kirsty Maynard

Kirsty Maynard won the Gold winner award for ‘Business Woman of the Year’ at the SME Luton & Bedfordshire Business Awards 2022.

Reacting to her award, Kirsty said: “I am delighted to have won the Business Woman of the Year Gold award at the Luton and Bedfordshire SME Awards. Having started my career at THSP, it’s wonderful to see my career progression recognised. I genuinely put THSP at the heart of everything I do, and I am so proud to work here. My award is a true Team effort, and I couldn’t do what I do without the fantastic team we have at THSP. I’m so proud of what we are achieving as a strong employee-owned business!”

NFDC Supplier of the Year Winner 2022

We are delighted to announce that THSP was named Supplier of the Year at the NFDC AGM and Awards in March 2022.

This is a wonderful accolade for THSP in an industry that we have worked with for the past 30 years.

Since 1992, THSP has worked within the demolition industry providing documentation, advice and support, site inspections and training to many NFDC members. At all times we have strived to raise standards in the demolition industry and improve attitudes to health and safety.
